Day 1 p.m.

Driving has been great so far! We made it to Arizona at 3:40. I drove for a while and Buck slept. Bluebell has been VERY good. She has realized that we are going to be in the car for a while... And she only gets excited and annoying when the car slows down to a stop.

Now for everyone who saw the van before we left, a few friends of ours decorated the windows. One window says "Free Puppies and Candy". They wrote this as a joke. And sure enough, someone called the band number that is on the side of the van, got a hold of Randy, and asked if we still had free puppies available. :) Randy had to laugh and told them no, that we had no more left. Haha!

We hit snow in Flagstaff! It's pretty dang cold up here when we have to get out. We are just outside of New Mexico and we are shooting to make it to Albuquerque tonight. Then we will find a "nice" walmart parking lot and try to get some sleep. I have never slept overnight in a car before while traveling... So wish me luck!

And I have to give thanks to Pandora Radio for giving us a good range of music to listen to. If we only had CD's I bet we would have listened to them all by now. And we give thanks to the good Lord above and our guardian angels for being with us throughout today's travels.

We miss all our families. We love you! And thanks to all our friends and the texts and FB messages you have set today. :) we love em.
